I am a psychiatric nurse, psychotherapist, personal trainer and nutritionist.

Together, we will work toward a healthier, happier, and more fulfilled version of you!

My Professions

Here’s your therapist — I’m a Registered Psychiatric Nurse and Nurse Psychotherapist with extensive experience in mental health care. Since 2017, I have been supporting individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional regulation difficulties. I acquired my Master’s degree in Psychology in 2020. My clinical expertise includes a deep understanding of psychiatric diagnoses, medication management, and the development of individualized care plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals. I also collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure you receive comprehensive and well-coordinated care.

 

What sets my approach apart is my belief in holistic healing. Healing is not just about the mind—it’s about the whole self.  As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, I integrate physical health into therapy because I know firsthand that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. Science has consistently shown that movement, nutrition, and overall lifestyle choices play a critical role in emotional regulation, stress reduction, and overall resilience. That’s why, beyond psychotherapy and counselling, I also offer personalized exercise and nutrition guidance to help you strengthen both your mind and body. Whether you’re looking to improve your mental resilience, boost your energy, or enhance your overall well-being, I will support you in creating a plan that works for you. With the lifestyle we built together,  you can feel strong, balanced, and truly reborn.

I’m passionate about helping you feel heard, understood, and supported in your journey toward mental and emotional well-being. Whether you’re facing challenges like anxiety, trauma, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here for you, bringing a non-judgmental, compassionate, empathic and inclusive approach to our work together.

 

I speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, so you can feel comfortable expressing yourself in the language that feels most natural to you. I believe that connection is the heart of therapy, and I want to make sure you feel at ease every step of your reborn journey.

 

When I’m not working, I’m always up to something creative or active. I love reading to keep learning new things and staying updated on the latest in mental health research. On a more relaxed note, I enjoy practicing calligraphy, painting, and playing the ukulele and kalimba, which help me unwind and find peace in the present moment. When it comes to staying active, I’m a huge fan of squash, K-pop dancing, and longboarding. Moving my body keeps me energized and centerd. I also love experimenting with healthy cooking, creating new recipes to nourish both the body and mind. I’m an avid photographer, and capturing the beauty of nature reminds me to stay present and appreciate life’s small moments. And I’m a travel enthusiast and a lifelong learner who’s always obsessed with picking up something new. I accept I am not good at everything. But there’s no such thing as “I can’t learn this” in my dictionary—just “I haven’t learned it… yet!” And… if you’re a dog lover like me, we’re already friends—I can’t get enough of their loyalty and joy!
